  • 本研究目的在瞭解大學教師運動行為現況,並探討背景因素、運動動機、運動自我效能及運動社會支持與規律運動的關係及影響力如何,本研究於民國八十五年九月期間對交通大學教師以自填問卷方式取得有效問卷195人,回收率為70.6%。所得資料以卡方檢定點系列相關及複迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。結果發現,從事規律運動者佔30%,運動中以走路一小時/次、跑步、游泳為主要運動方式。
    本研究對象從事規律運動在年齡、學生時代體育課的影響及感受心理歷力上有顯著的差異;從事規律運動與運動動機、運動自我效能呈顯著正相關。運動動機、運動自我效能、年齡、感受心理壓力及學生時代體育課的影響可解釋從事規律運動17.79%的解釋量。因此建議,在推廣體能運動計畫中,針對不同群體設定合理目標,讓當事者藉成功經驗提昇自我效能期望,從而建立運動習慣。

    The main purpose of this study is to investigate the current exercise behavior of college teachers, and to examine thd relationships between exercises behavior and selected demographic characteristics, as well as psychosocial variables, such as exercise self-efficacy exercise motivation, and exercise social support. The data were collected by a self-administrated questionaire survey, which was conducted in Novenber, 1996. 195 respondents (70.6% reponse rate) returned the questionaires. Chi-qsquare test, point-biserial correlation and multiple regression were used to analzyze the data.
    The results indicated that: (1)30% of the subyects exercise regularly, the main forms of exercises are walking, jogging and swimming. (2)Subjects' regular exercises vary significanty with their age, the influence of the physical education classes in their student life and the stress they currently. perceived, Subjects' Regular exercises were higly correlated with their exercises motivation and self-efficacy. (3)Age, the influence of physical education classes, stress perceived, exercises motivation, and self-efficacy accounted for 17.79% of variance. The significant predictors for regular exercises were exercise self-efficacy and the ifluence of physical educantion classes
    The findings suggested that the health-related physical fitness programs which emphasized exercise self-efficacy should be launched on college campus and help the facuty make a habit of doing exercises.
