本研究旨在探討台北市公立高中生運動價值觀影響因素。社會學結構功能學派指出,價值觀是受到客觀社會環境與內在心理因素影響;亦有學者指出,價值觀也是行為的準則與標準。所以,本研究以影響運動行為的社會支持與內在心理因素,來探討對運動價值觀的影響。採問卷調查法,以「台北市公立高中生運動價值觀影響因素調查問卷」為研究工具,發出600份問卷,回收樣本數為536份,剔除無效問卷後,有效問卷為518份,有效問卷率為86.6%。並利用信度分析、描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、雪費爾事後考驗、杜納T3檢定等統計方法分析後,得到下列研究結果:
一、台北市公立高中生在內在心理因素與運動價值觀的認知皆高,顯示研究對象採取運動行為後,有獲得生理、心理、社交等層面的正面回饋。也普遍瞭解運動的好處及利益,並肯定運動的價值。但是,研究對象的運動社會支持卻普遍偏低,以教師運動社會支持為最低。顯示研究對象所受的家人、同儕、教師運動社會支持普遍不足。
二、台北市公立高中生運動社會支持、內在心理因素及運動價值觀差異上。「不同性別」、「運動實際花費」、「父母教育程度」、「每次運動持續時間」、「運動強度」、「每週運動次數」、「最常運動時段」、「運動團隊經驗」的台北市公立高中生在運動社會支持與內在心理因素有顯著差異。在運動價值觀差異上,則是「不同性別」、「年級」、「運動實際花費」、「母親教育程度」、「平均運動時間」、「運動強度」、「每週運動次數」、「最常運動時段」、「運動團隊經驗」的台北市公立高中生則在運動價值觀有顯著差異。
三、不同程度的運動社會支持對台北市公立高中生運動價值觀有顯著差異。
四、不同程度內在心理因素認知對台北市公立高中生運動價值觀有顯著差異
並根據研究結果,提出建議提供體育、運動等相關單位參考。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influential factors which are variable of exercise social support and personal–inner psychological variable of the Public senior high school students’ sport values in Taipei.
Questionnaires were adapted to the data-collecting. The study distributed 600 questionnaires, 536 questionnaires returned and 518 questionnaires were valid. The valid rate arrived at 90.8%. Reliability, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s method, Dunett T3 test as well as Pearson’s correlation coefficients were applied to data-analysis. The results of this study are:
1.The cognition of Personal–inner psychological factor and the cognition of sport values of the public senior high school students in Taipei are high. But, in exercise social support of is somewhat low. The teacher’s exercise social support is lowest.
2.In differences of the exercise social support, the personal–inner psychological factors that gander, parents occupation, exercise expenditure, parents education level, exercise time, exercise intensity, exercise frequency, exercise time interval, exercise team experience make the significant differences on the exercise social support and the personal–inner psychological factors.In differences of the sport values that gander, parents occupation, exercise expenditure, parents education level, exercise time, exercise intensity, exercise frequency, exercise time interval, exercise team experience make the significant differences on the sport values.
3.The exercise social support make the significant differences on the sport values.
4.The personal–inner psychological factors make the significant differences on the sport values.
