隨著時代的變遷,新生涯觀已經逐漸取代過去傳統的單一生涯觀,個體的主動生涯行為變得更加的重要。若個人擁有較高的生涯敬業行為,除了對自身有良好的影響外,對企業組織亦有良好的發展。本研究欲探討生涯決策自我效能對生涯敬業的影響,並以生涯調適力與生涯復原力作為本研究的中介變項,以了解生涯決策自我效能是否會透過生涯調適力與生涯復原力的作用,達成生涯敬業的發生。本研究針對臺灣大專院校在學生進行研究調查。本研究共回收211份有效問卷,並利用結構方程模型進行模型的驗證與分析,研究結果發現:
一、生涯決策自我效能與生涯調適力有正向關係。
二、生涯決策自我效能與生涯復原力有正向關係。
三、生涯調適力會中介生涯決策自我效能與生涯敬業之間的關係。
四、生涯復原力不會中介生涯決策自我效能與生涯敬業之間的關係。
The new view of career has gradually replaced the traditional one of career, the individual proactive career behavior becomes more important. If the individual has a higher career engagement behavior, besides own and organizations have a good development. The surveys are collected 211 respondents via questionnaires in Taiwan. Each research hypotheses are tested by using structural equation modeling in this study. The results show that:
1.Career decision making self-efficacy is positively related to career adaptability.
2.Career decision making self-efficacy is positively related to career resilience.
3.Career adaptability mediates the relationship between career decision making self-efficacy and career engagement.
4.Career resilience haven’t mediates the relationship between career decision making self-efficacy and career engagement.
