中文摘要
許多類似安非他命結構的毒品,已在許多國家被列入管制藥品,但仍有投機者在苯乙胺上增加N-取代基或是利用碳鏈的改變來製造一些新的化合物,這些化合物通常具有類似或更劇烈的毒品效果,此類化合物統稱為狡詐家藥物 ( designer drugs ),屬於色胺類物質( tryptamine )。本研究是針對以下九種狡詐家藥物進行毛細管電泳的線上濃縮技術,以便建立一套標準的分析方法。包括:
α-Methyltryptamine (AMT)、N,N-Dibutyltryptamine (DBT)、
N,N-Diethyltryptamine (DET)、N,N-Diisopropyltryptamine (DiPT)、
N,N-Dimethyltryptamine (DMT)、N,N-Dipropyltryptamine (DPT)、
5-Methoxy-α-methyltryptamine (5-MeO-AMT)、
5-Methoxy-N,N-diisopropyltryptamine (5-MeO-DiPT)、
5-Methoxy-N,N-dimethyltryptamine (5-MeO-DMT)
由實驗結果顯示,最佳化的分離條件為: 75 mM SDS、50 mM NaH2PO4加入Water-Methanol-Acetonitrile (65:30:5, v/v)並以磷酸配成pH=2.1的緩衝溶液中進行分析。本實驗應用微胞電動層析法 ( Micellar electrokinetic chromatography, MEKC ) 進行分析,其偵測極限約為0.2 ppm,若以毛細管電泳掃集法 ( sweeping- MEKC )進行分析,其偵測極限約可降低至1 ppb。
