曲棍球運動是屬於高互動的團隊型運動項目,一個成功的運動團隊給人印象總是團結、向心力強及團隊凝聚力高,其中團隊凝聚力是提升團隊型運動成績表現的重要因素,而教練領導行為,對一個運動團隊的好壞及團隊凝聚力的高低有著決定性的影響力。本研究目的在瞭解臺灣曲棍球選手知覺教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力之現況;並比較不同背景變項選手知覺教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力之差異;以及教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力之間的關係。本研究方法預計採用問卷調查法,以「教練領導行為量表」、「團隊情境量表」與「選手基本資料」三部分作為研究工具,進行研究資料的蒐集。研究對象以參加「102年在臺中市舉辦「全國協會盃曲棍球錦標賽」並以大會所報名之隊伍,其中以國小男、女組;國中男、女組;高中男、女組;社會男、女組作為研究對象,共計544位。所蒐集之資料以描述性統計、單因子多變量變異數分析、典型相關分析等方法進行統計分析。研究結果為一、不同性別變項曲棍球選手知覺教練領導行為有顯著差異。二、不同球齡變項曲棍球選手知覺教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力有顯著差異。三、不同下場位置變項曲棍球選手知覺教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力有顯著差異。四、不同參賽組別變項曲棍球選手知覺教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力有顯著差異。五、曲棍球選手知覺教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力呈現正相關。
The study of Taiwan hockey Players’ Perception of Coach Leadership Behavior and Team Cohesion
Abstract
Hockey is a kind of highly interactive team sports. A successful sports team impresses people on being united and having a strong sense of team and team cohesion. Among those, team cohesion is a key point in raising the team performance. On the other hand, coach leadership behaviors could lead decisive influences on team cohesion.The purpose of the study is to understand the current situation of Taiwan hockey players’ perception of coach leadership behavior and team cohesion, compare their differences in different backgrounds, and try to find out the relationship between coach leadership behavior and team cohesion as well.The study conducted three questionnaires: Leadership Scale for Sport, Group Environment Questionnaire and Demographic Data of the subjects. The subjects included players of 2013 National Association Cup Hockey Tournament in Taichung City. The subjects were divided into four levels: The elementary school level, the junior high level, the senior high level, and the adult level. And each level was separated based on their genders. The number of the subjects will be 544 in total.The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way MANOVA and canonical analysis. The results showed: 1. Hockey players of different genders show significant differences in perception of coach leadership behavior. 2. Hockey players with different training ages showed significant differences in perception of coach leadership behavior and team cohesion. 3. Hockey players in different position on the court showed significant differences in perception of coach leadership behavior and team cohesion. 4. Hockey players in different contest levels show significant differences in perception of coach leadership behavior and team cohesion. 5. There is positive correlation between hockey players’ perception of coach leadership behavior and team cohesion.
