本研究以華人文化為脈絡，試圖探討心理專業助人者的「性別角色態度」與「強暴迷思」的關係、「價值信念」對「強暴迷思」的影響，以及三者對治療結果的影響。本研究分為兩部分進行，研究一以心理專業助人者為研究對象，受試者填寫代表價值信念的「多元心理傳統性量表」、「多元心理現代性量表」，性別角色態度的「性別角色刻板印象量表」、「個人特質量表」，以及強暴迷思指標的「對強暴受害者的態度量表」；研究二則以研究一之受試者為基礎，並由心理專業助人者邀請滿16歲、曾受性侵害的個案配對參與研究，受試者填寫代表治療指標之「晤談感受量表」及「工作同盟量表-簡式」，並擬以t考驗、單因子變異數分析及多元迴歸分析進行階段一資料之統計考驗。研究結果發現，多元心理傳統性之男性優越、宿命迷信、關係取向及中庸心態對強暴迷思有影響；多元心理現代性之獨立自主、內控取向、以及公平正義對強暴迷思有影響；心理專業助人者的性別角色與強暴迷思的接受度有正向關係，個人特質-情感性與強暴迷思的接受度有負向關係；而心理專業助人者的價值信念對性別角色態度與強暴迷思不具有調節作用；研究二則受限樣本不足而無法進一步分析。最後針對研究結果進行討論，並提出研究限制與建議供未來研究及諮商教育與實務之參考。

This research examined the relationship between the attitude went towards sex role and rape myth, how the value belief influenced rape myth, and how these factors influenced on the result of psychotherapy. This research was divided into two parts. Participants of study I completed Mulitidimentional Scale of Chinese Individual Traditionality, Mulitidimentional Scale of Chinese Individual Modernity, Sex Role Stereotype, Personal Attribution Questionnaire, and Attitude toward Rape Victims Scale. The psychological professional helpers who engaged in study I and clients who received the psychotherapy from the psychological professional helpers at least three times, and who were above 16 years old were invited to participate in the study II. They completed Session Evaluation Questionnaire and Working Alliance Inventory-Short Form. The data was analyzed by t-test, One-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis.The results revealed that Male Dominance, Fatalism Superstition, Rationship Orientation of Multidimensional Scale of Chinese Individual Traditionality had positive relation with rape myth, and Independent Autonomous, Internal-control Orientation, Fair Righteousness of Multidimensional Scale of Chinese Individual Modernity had negative relation with rape myth. In addition, the attitude went towards sex role had positive relation with rape myth. Moreover, personal attribution-feminist had negative relation with rape myth. However, the value of the psychological professional helpers did not moderate the relation between the attitude went towards sex role and rape myth. And the analysis of study II was unable to be finished due to the inefficient samples. Finally, conclusion and suggestions are presented for further researches, counseling education and practical applications.
