本專業實務報告旨在暸解台北市三所公立國民中學教務主任課程領導之現況,探究三位教務主任在進行課程領導時所扮演的角色為何?歷程及其相關策略又為何?以及教務主任在課程領導時所可能遭遇的困境及其因應策略。
本研究透過訪談蒐集資料並予以分析討論、歸納整理,主要研究結論如下:
壹、國民中學教務主任在課程領導所扮演的角色多元
本研究提出三項新發現課程領導者的角色
一、超前部署、課程的舵手。二、競爭型計畫的撰寫者。三、溝通協調者。
貳、國民中學教務主任在課程領導中的發展歷程
本研究在課程領導中提出十項歷程包括:一、確定課程發展方向;二、事先規劃,提前部署;三、溝通表達的藝術,推動課程;四、尋找規劃課程的熱血高手;五、師資結構的調整;六、彈性學習課程的試辦及宣傳;七、領域共備時間,專業對話;八、課程實施,逐步實踐;九、課程評鑑;十、建立模組,永續經營。
參、國民中學教務主任在課程領導的歷程中所採取的有效策略
本研究有三項有效策略之發現,一、申請計畫「一魚多吃」的策略,增加學校的經費挹注;二、「看見教師的需要,主動提供資源」;三、「包容態度」。
肆、國民中學課程領導遭遇的困境與解決策略
一、支持認真做課程的教師持續下去。二、「說服家長」支持彈性學習課程。
This professional practice report aims to understand the current situation of the curriculum leadership of the Directors of Academic Affairs in three public national high schools in Taipei City, and to explore the roles of three Directors of Academic Affairs in curriculum leadership. What is the courses and related strategies? As well as the predicament that the Directors of Academic Affairs may encounter in curriculum leadership and the corresponding strategies.
This research collects data through interviews, analyzes, discusses, summarizes and organizes, and the main research conclusions are as follows:
I. The roles of the Directors of Academic Affairs in Junior High Schools in curriculum leadership are multiple.
This research proposes three newly discovered curriculum leaders' roles
1.Advancing deployment and the helmsmen of the courses; 2.Composers of competitive plans; 3.Communication coordinators.
II. The course of the Directors of Academic Affairs in Junior High Schools in curriculum leadership.
The ten courses proposed in this research include: 1.Determine the direction of curriculum development; 2.Plan in advance and deploy in advance; 3.The art of communication and expression to promote the curriculum; 4.Find enthusiastic masters who plan courses; 5.Adjustment of the teacher structure; 6.Trial and propaganda of alternative curricula; 7. Co-preparation time for the fields and professional dialogue; 8.Curriculum implementation and gradual practice; 9.Course evaluation; 10.Establish modules for sustainable operation.
III. The effective strategies adopted by the Directors of Academic Affairs in Junior High Schools in the course of curriculum leadership
This research has found three effective strategies. 1.Apply for the " Kill two birds with one stone" strategy to increase school funding, so that the school’s curriculum development resources will be abundant; 2.See the needs of teachers and proactively provide resources; 3.Inclusive attitude.
IV. Predicaments encountered by curriculum leaders in Junior High Schools and their solutions.
1. Support teachers who take courses seriously to continue; 2."Persuade parents" to support alternative curriculum.
