學生提問及同儕互評在教育上的意義及功效已被證實,學生透過提問,培養其學習主動性,不但可以增加其對教材的理解程度,也可以檢查自己是否真的有學到教材內容。而透過同儕互評,學生藉由閱讀同儕作品來學習如何去批判別人和接受別人批評並做改進。本研究主要為開發一提問式教學支援系統,結合提問、回答、同儕互評及歷程檔案四種功能,提供學生在網路上進行提問、回答與互評的學習環境。對學生而言,可以透過網路在本系統提問、回答,並且可以進一步的對他人提出的問題和回答做評論。系統可建立學生問答與互評的歷程檔案(Questioning-Answering-Reviewing portfolio)。對教師而言,藉由本系統,可瞭解學生學習情況,針對學生不足之處做進一步指導。
系統測試對象為某高商資料處理科三年級的兩班學生,測試時間為一週,其中一班為課前使用系統(課前組),另一班為課後使用系統(課後組)。結束測試後再進行問卷調查,調查學生使用系統的觀感、滿意度及此種學習方式對學生學習過程的影響。
研究結果顯示(1)本系統具有可用性。(2)以提問及回答做為學習方式能夠幫助學生思考。(3)以提問及回答做為學習方式能夠增進學生對教材內容的理解。(4)以提問及回答做為學習方式比起傳統方式(如:紙筆測驗或書面報告等)更能引發學生的學習興趣。而課前組學生給予此種學習方法正面評價的比例普遍高於課後組學生。
