企業與政府目前所共同面對的問題是勞動人力的流失,如何留住勞動者成為企業與政府必須解決的問題。而其中,職業婦女在經濟的參與上,也與國家總體經濟的發展以及國家競爭力有莫大關聯,近年來婦女勞動力參與率比例提高為全球經濟發展的顯著改變之一。臺灣的婦女勞動參與率逐年提升,婦女投入職場比例增加。過去少有針對職業婦女的離職因素上多有著墨。職業婦女勞動的議題越來越受到重視,對職業婦女勞動的定位應重新予以思考。
因此本研究將探討職業婦女離開職場的因素。過去的研究多從結構面切入,而缺少從職業婦女的角度出發,探討職業婦女面對衝突時,為何決定離職。如何提昇職業婦女留任於公司的策略,找尋可能影響員工留任與離職的因素。對於推動職業婦女兼顧照顧家庭與工作共容的企業策略與政策制訂來說,這群職業婦女的真實聲音,值得被慎重地考量。
Business and government issues currently facing common is the loss of human labor, how to retain workers to become business and government must solve the problem. Which, on the participation of professional women in the economy, but also with the development of national competitiveness and the country's overall economy are closely linked in recent years to improve the proportion of women in the labor force participation rate is one of the significant changes in the global economic development. Taiwan women's labor force participation rate increased year by year, increasing the proportion of women into the workplace. Turnover for the past few factors working women with more ink. Professional women's labor issues more and more attention on targeting professional women's work should be re-thought.
Therefore, this study will examine the factors that career women to leave the workplace. Previous studies from multi-cut surface structure, and the lack of occupation from the perspective of women, professional women face when explore conflict, why decided to leave. How to enhance the professional women remain on the company's strategy, looking for factors that may affect employee retention and separations. For the promotion of women to combine career and family care work encompassing corporate strategy and policy development, a group of professional women's voices, and deserves to be carefully considered.
