  • 學校圖書館與圖書教師,在協助推動學校教育及學生學習上具有非常重要的地位,大陸也有許多地方開始執行圖書教師的制度,但各地情況不一,但只有部分地區有提供專門的培訓與職缺。
    本研究旨在觀察大陸學校圖書館經營現況,以合肥地區小學圖書館為研究對象,探討合肥學校圖書館營運情況、圖書教師培訓對圖書教師自我效能評估的影響,並根據圖書教師的五項服務層級,劃分圖書教師的實際日常工作內容,瞭解合肥小學圖書教師的工作內涵。
    本研究以日誌法、問卷法為研究方法,發放給合肥小學圖書教師填答,共20所合肥地區小學參與,問卷於2015年9月以線上問卷形式填答;日誌於2015年9月選一週,填寫5天的工作日誌,並以電子檔形式線上回傳。
    根據回收之工作日誌與其問卷,歸納出以下結論:一、合肥學校圖書館經營現況:1.學校圖書館推動備受重視。2.學校圖書館人力與專業訓練普及。3.圖書教師每日主要工作為進行圖書館基礎工作。4.圖書教師自評於學習環境、社區責任、閱讀業務等表現良好;二、學校資源投入與圖書教師工作分佈時間之比例關係:1.學校購書經費與圖書教師工作內涵於進階層級呈正向微弱相關。2.學校閱讀活動經費與圖書教師工作內涵整體呈低相關。3.學校圖書館每週開放時數與圖書教師於進階級工作呈正向微弱相關。4.學校長期支援圖書館人數與圖書教師工作於進階級呈正向微弱相關。5.圖書教師參與18個月培訓人數與其工作內涵於基礎層級呈低相關;三、圖書教師自我效能評估與工作內涵的關係:圖書教師半數以上認為在整體效能表現為「高效能」,有6成的學校會進行「進階層級」工作,但實際進階層級工作執行量偏低。
    建議永續經營學校圖書館,持續與學校溝通,爭取支持。圖書教師培訓課程中特別加強資訊能力,並要求圖書教師重視自我提升。

    School libraries and teacher librarian have a very important place in helping to elementary school education and student learning. There are also many places in China that have begun to implement the system of teacher librarian, but the situation varies from place to place, but only some areas provide specialized training and position.
    The purpose of this study is to observe the current situation of the school library in the China, taking the elementary school library in Hefei as the research object, discuss the operation of Hefei school library and the influence of teacher librarian training on the self-efficacy evaluation of teacher librarian, and according to the five services level of teacher librarians, the division of practice daily routine of the contents of the teacher librarians to understand the work of Hefei elementary school teachers working content. In this study, the diary method and questionnaire method were used as research methods to be issued to Hefei elementary school teachers. A total of 20 elementary schools in Hefei were invited to participate in the questionnaire in September 2015, and the diary method was selected in September 2015 for one week, fill in the 5-day diary method, and return to the electronic file form online.
    According to the collecting of the work log and its questionnaire, summed up the following conclusions: First, the Hefei school library’s operation situation: 1. School library is valued. 2. School library manpower and professional training popularization. 3. Teacher librarians work daily for the basic work of the library. 4. Self-evaluation of teacher librarian in the learning environment, community responsibility, reading business performance is good. Second, the school resource investment and the proportion of the teacher librarian work time distribution:
    1. School book budget and teacher librarian work content in the advanced level was weak positive correlation. 2. The school reading activities and the contents of the teacher librarian work as a whole was low positive correlation. 3. The hours of school library opening per week is weak positively related to the teacher librarian’s work in the advance level. 4. The number of long-term support library manpower in the school is weak positive correlation with the teacher librarian’s work in the advance level. 5. The number of teachers participating in the 18-month training is low in relation to the content of their work in the basic level. Third, the relationship between self-efficacy of teacher librarians and the work content: more than half of teacher librarians agree that the overall efficacy performance is "high efficacy ", 6o% of the school will be "advanced level" work, but the actual implement is low.
    It is recommended to continuously operate the school library, continue to communicate with the school for support. Teacher librarians training courses in particular to strengthen the information capacity, and asked the teacher librarians attach importance to self-improvement.
