Semi-structured interviews

　　在教育調查中採用的訪談形式，還有一種是介於結構性訪談和非結構性訪談之間的半結構性訪談。在半結構性訪談中，有調查表或訪談問卷，它有結構性訪談的嚴謹和標準化的題目，訪談員雖然對訪談結構有一定的控制，但給被訪者留有較大的表達自己觀點和意見的空間。訪談員事先擬定的訪談提綱可以根據訪談的進程隨時進行調整。
　　在質的研究中，研究的初期多運用非結構性訪談，以瞭解被訪者關註的問題和態度，隨著研究的深入，逐漸進行半結構性訪談，對以前訪談中的重要問題和疑問作進一步的提問和追問。 　　半結構性訪談兼有結構性訪談和非結構性訪談的優點，它既可以避免結構性訪談缺乏靈活性，難以對問題作深入的探討等局限，也可以避免非結構性訪談的費時、費力，難以作定量分析等缺陷。
