探討以「WebQuest」為教學策略的消費者健康介入計畫對八年級學生在消費決策過程因素(含需求確認、資訊搜尋、方案評估、消費衝動與金錢管理)及消費行為因素(含消費糾紛與處理與消費者新生活運動)的介入效果。
本研究採準實驗設計,以兩所立意選取的學校作為實驗分組的依據。兩組研究對象分別為苗栗縣兩所國民中學八年級學生。實驗組學生接受以WebQuest教學策略之消費者健康介入計畫,而對照組則不接受此介入計畫。
實驗組各變項後測得分優於前測,且達顯著性差異。此外,在計畫介入後,在控制前測成績下,實驗組在消費決策過程因素與消費行為因素各變項後測得分優於對照組,且達顯著差異。亦即介入計畫對消費決策過程因素與消費行為因素各變項具有良好成效。且對學生在瞭解課程內容相關知識,電腦技能增加,網頁搜尋能力增強,整理資料的能力提高、提昇網路探索學習的技巧等是有所助益的。
生活中消費行為處處可見且與每個人息息相關,而研究結果亦證實WebQuest介入方式對於消費者健康具有良好的介入成效,因此建議可用WebQuest介入方式來廣推明智消費之行為,並使其普及化。
