  • 本研究係針對線上英語學習網站服務內容及其服務呈現方式進行探究,首先,透過內容分析法調查32家線上英語學習網站服務提供之現況;再採用網路問卷調查法對曾使用線上英語學習網站之臺灣成人線上英語學習者對線上英語學習網站之需求,共計636份有效問卷;最後進一步比對線上英語學習網站所提供之服務內容與臺灣成人線上英語學習者對其需求之差異。研究發現如下:

    1.線上英語學習網站服務內容提供比例以「學習支援服務」最高,「資訊安全與隱私服務」與「促銷服務」最低;而其網站服務呈現方式提供比例以「資訊分類呈現方式」最高,「導覽介面呈現方式」最低。

    2.臺灣成人線上英語學習者對網站線上英語學習網站服務內容之需求以「資訊安全與隱私服務」最高,「交流互動服務」最低;而臺灣成人線上英語學習者對線上英語學習網站服務呈現方式之需求以「資訊分類呈現方式」最高,「頁面元素呈現方式」最低。

    3.不同「性別」、「年齡」、「職業」、「使用資歷」、「平均每週使用時間」、「平均每個月可支配所得」、「平均每個月可花費於線上英語學習網站金額」之臺灣成人線上英語學習者,對線上英語學習網站服務內容與其呈現方式之需求有顯著差異。

    4.線上英語學習網站提供之「資訊安全與隱私服務」與「促銷服務」與臺灣成人線上英語學習者之需求落差較大;而其網站服務呈現方式大致符合臺灣成人線上英語學習者需求
