本論文系統之基礎是建立於振動樣品磁量儀(VSM)的基本原理上,並使用Halbach array磁鐵環取代傳統電磁鐵與頻率為1750 Hz之音波振盪所結合而成的創新型振動樣品磁量儀。另外我們也進一步將系統整合並縮小空間要求,在材料選擇方面我們選用了PLA這種無磁性的材料,希望減少外來雜訊影響,樣品選擇使用微量離心管(Eppendorf tube)作為容器並設計樣品區使之容易替換,減少更換樣品必須清洗,甚至樣品殘留時影響訊號的麻煩。該系統成功應用於軟磁檢驗、高鐵票檢測、磁性奈米流體檢驗、磁性標記免疫檢測。
