海水的含鹽度極高，如何才能正確而有效的分析出其中微量金屬的濃度，
一直是環境分析化學上極具挑戰性的工作。本研究藉由Che-lex-100 樹脂
前濃縮法來分析海水中的總錳含量，再配合適當的前處理步驟，可達成海
水中錳物種的分類測定。海水中的錳以Chelex-100濃縮後，流洗液以石墨
爐原子吸光儀測定，所得方法偵測極限為 0.0072ppb，而平均回收率
為100.2
